need a quick easy way to learn Mexican Spanish?

I work in construction, and sometimes I need to communicate with the roofers, ect. and some of them are Mexican. Not to mention I’ve ran across this same crew a few times that like to stand around staring at me as I work all the while snickering, and talking about me. It’s obvious they are talking about me, since it doesn’t bother them to point either. It would be nice if I could understand some of what they are saying, and be able to tell them I don’t appreciate it.
Thanks for any help!
